Below is a list of where we have an immediate need for volunteers:

Community Outreach – Summer 2025 – varied dates – check events calendar.
Summer 2025 is upon us and events throughout Lehigh County offer our
league a variety of tabling opportunities. Our participation as a community
resource enables us to meet voters, talk about the activities of the LWVLC,
share resources pertaining to voting, state and municipal elections, and
more. If you are able to help out or would like information please call or
email me. No experience necessary!

  • Vice President of Programs: This League Board of Directors position involves managing our advocacy efforts in response to developments in the Senate and the House in Harrisburg. Responsibilities include informing members about legislation, coordinating letters to the editor campaigns, lobbying elected officials, and organizing advocacy actions as directed by the Pennsylvania LWV.   • Public Relations and Communication: This League Board of Directors position is responsible for developing and implementing public relations strategies to enhance our League’s visibility. the role includes serving as the primary media contact, drafting press releases, securing media coverage, and keeping members informed through regular reports.   • Web Team: These positions help the webmaster develop the content that appears on the website, to include text, images and videos. Contact Mary Erdman at email@lwvlehighcounty.org if you are interested in one of these positions.
