These forms collect contact information (e.g., name, address, email address and phone number). The League of Women Voters of Lehigh County does not have access to any financial information, such as credit card number, expiration date, or billing address entered via this site. Financial information entered via this site is accessed by PayPal and not the League of Women Voters of Lehigh County. By default Forminator also captures the IP address associated with each submission of a form for spam protection.
Calendar
We use the Events Calendar plug-in to implement a calendar on the website.
The event RSVP capability collects and stores name, email address and number of attendees when you RSVP for an event.
Event, Venue, and Organizer information is entered by the website administrator and stored by the website. The following information is included:
- Event information: website, cost, description, date, time and image
- Venue information: name, address, city, state, country, zip code, phone and website
- Organizer information: name, phone, website, email
The Events Calendar plug-in includes the capability for you to subscribe to the calendar or to individual events. Upon your request, i.e., when you click “Subscribe” or “Add to Calendar” on the Events Calendar, the requested information will be added to your calendar application on your device. Storage
Files stored on our website can be saved to your device storage or temporarily displayed on your device. Files are only downloaded or displayed when you explicitly touch a file name link or “download” button. Files are never automatically sent to your device without your knowledge.
Retention of Data
Data is retained as long as necessary to deliver the services provided by this website. Data is deleted when we have no further legitimate use for the data that has been collected.
- Data associated with joining the League and renewing your membership is retained as long as you remain an active member. The data is reviewed annually to remove information about individuals whose membership has been dropped.
- Data associated with donation is retained for one year, after which it is deleted.
- Data associated with event registrants is retained for a year, after which it is deleted.
- Individual events and associated RSVPs are retained for one year, after which they are deleted.
- Event, Venue and Organizer information is retained indefinitely.
Your Access to and Control Over Information
